Creekside Estates Owners Association
Creekside Phase 1 and Creekside Phase 2 are both 37 lot subdivisions located off of Carol Plantation Road in Theodore, Alabama. Construction on Phase 2 is just starting and we hope it will be completed by year end. Tensaw developed Phase 1 and will be handling the development of Phase 2 as well. The completed lots will be sold to D R Horton upon completion. The subdivision is next door to a City of Mobile Ball Field known as Boykin Park.
